It's hot and I'm nauseous and just can't eat!

So is hot in Chicago today. 93 or so and humid as heck. I'm trying to stay active but the nausea is really getting to me! I can't eat anything at all, I wanna throw up! G2 seems to help a bit but not much. I'm five weeks out. Anyone have any suggestions?

Chew some ice...

It hydrates, cools, and the chewing makes your body think that it's eaten real food...

When it's hot outside I make the following:

I scoop Protein powder or one container of Greek yogurt

I cup of frozen tropical fruit

10-12oz of calorie free liquid

4 ice cubes.

Blend the jeepers out of it and enjoy a summertime smoothie--approx. 180cal and 15-24+gr of protein. Yummy and so cooling.

Good luck and keep cool. :)

Prayers going up.
