My highest weight ever was 423#, started down surgery route at 360# now down to 240# (19 months out) and my height is 5"6" so am close but I was bigger and shorter. It may be one of the best decisions you ever make because as good as the weight numbers are its really about how much your Health will improve that is important. For me at least. I went down from 12 Rx a day to 3 and there is a chance 2 more can go away. One will always be with me.

Best of luck!

Thanks for you response. It's great that you are in much better health. Fortunately I'm not suffering from any comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension, etc. I'm trying to get ahead of those things before they bite me in the ass. Congratulations on your success and cheers to good health!
