Headed to the Lake

Although I am still a few months away from surgery I am trying to change my eating habits. I've had challenges over the last few weeks with parties and have done fairly well. This weekend we are headed to Lake Winnipesaukee and typically it's a food fest for 3 days. I am very prepared - brought protein shakes, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, hummus, cheese, tuna, berries, broccoli salad, and hamburgers. Of course, I also have tortellini salad, muffins and chips for everyone else. Bring it on! ????????????????????
