I have cut my hair very short, made it easier to deal with while my kid was in the hospital. I have had a few people think they didn't recognize me because I cut my hair off. I laugh and let them know that they didn't recognize me because I've lost 120 pounds. lol

I cut my hair to a very short pixie right before surgery 6 months ago and have kept it that way. It marginally covers my hairloss, which hasn't been too excessive, although I didn't have that much to start with. Its also easier to deal with now that I am working out before work. I get comments all the time about me melting away and that I'm going to disappear if I keep this up.

So far I'll take the compliments. I wonder sometimes if commenting on a haircut is less scary than on weight loss.

People keep asking me if I colored my hair or cut it when I've had it the same color and cut for a few years now. I have lost 115 lbs and gone from a 26 to a 14 in size.
