@@Christinamo7, Brilliant! I love your response.

@AussieGirl18, I guess this is one of those times when you just have to be grateful that you’re not as stupid and mean as some people in this world. Carry on!

Assault is a perfectly acceptable response to an unkind word in these forums? How childish.

Pffft. Newbie

Well.... i have a wonderful update...

Its funny how things have a way of sorting itself out.

Earlier today i was thinking about my weight loss journey so far... and how all odds are against me regarding my screwed up metabolism and how slow my weight loss is going right now...

So i got home and was curious how much i weighed when i had a full days food in my tummy.. just for comparison.

So i take out my scale and guess what??

Its broken!!! It absolutely died.... thank god!!!! I think its a blessing on disguise... now i can stop obsessing about thise stupid numbers and focus on me! Not what that psycho stupid scale yells at me in the morning.

So i have made a decision... i will not buy a new one... and will only get weighed at my monthly appointment with my clinic!

Hallelujah!!!! Peace at last!!

Punch him in the face?

Nah. I could get on a flight and come down there and help you punch him in the balls.

Talk about the "down under"!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
