Saw my Doctor today

  • Popular Post

So excited, had my first checkup today. Doctor said i am doing great. Monday i get to start on the pureed staged of the diet. I am wearing 1x down from 3x. Off all meds and excited to be able to exercise but just treadmill for now. I have to say I am very pleased. I know there is much more work ahead of me. But i am prepared to do this. So happy to be able to get back to work next week too. If you are worried i understand but this is a tool i wish i had available to me ten years ago. Follow the routine and i know you too can benifet too. Thanks for letting me share and thank you all for sharing.
