8 months post op and hungry all the time!

This past month has been challenging.

I'm hungry most of the time now and can eat so much more.

It really worries me.

I'm still trying to stay at around 1200 calories a day, but it's really hard and I usually end up at about 1300.

Pre surgery that would have been low enough to lose weight, but not anymore.

I'm up 3 pounds in 2 weeks.

I am about 20 pounds from goal.

I'm feeling like it might not happen.

Advice?

What about Protein intake, is it higher than carbs?

Frequency of your meals? I find if I go over the 3 hour mark, I get ravenous.

Alcohol, any stress, any recent illness ?

Any new medications?

Anything different for you recently, @@cbruce125 ?
