just went in for a consultation and was told that once the insurance clear i will be getting a call...never got a time frame

how long did it take for everyone else?

I have BSBS fed. where did you see that they don't require the 90 day diet? Or is it different between Fed and non Fed?

It must be different because one of the first questions my surgeons office had me ask my insurance company was about the 90 day diet and they said that it was not required
