I'm wondering the same thing but I don't like shakes :( I've bought some baby food.

The first couple weeks all I wanted was the basic pre-made low carb Protein shakes.....especially those that had a thinner composition.

I stayed on them for the first 4 weeks and then followed my surgeon's advice and graduated to solid meats. The puree stage for me seemed full of danger......foods that didn't support my weight loss goals yet fit an easy texture profile for me to "get down"......no thanks.
