Sleeve after hiatal hernia repair?

Has anyone done the sleeve years after doing a hiatal hernia repair?

I am pretty adamant on sleeve vs bypass. My surgeon says that he cant do a sleeve on me due to a prior nissen fundolplication. If i cant do the sleeve, i honestly dont want surgery at all.

Wondering if anyone has done this?

Did your surgeon say why?? Scar tissue??? what?

FWIW I had the sleeve done and a hiatal hernia repair done in the same operation by Dr Michael Feiz. I don't know if the elapsed time after your repair is the issue (scarring?) but they certainly can be done together in my experience.
