Downs Syndrome Day

i volunteer at the hospital

there is one girl that comes in with her aide

tries to help with supervision

she uses a wheel chair

sometimes a walker

she is a terrific person around 20

very nice in her own manner

she can't talk - she uses a special" machine"

that has phrases like "good morning"

"how are you" etc

her hearing and eyesight aren't great :(

people are different

she's unlike many OP

but she's great in "her" way

kathy
