Getting protein/liquids in? And hair loss question

So I very very recently got sleeved (on March 9th). I am super excited to be moving on to stage 2 of my diet -i never thought I would be this excited for vegetables!- but I'm having problems getting the protein/liquids in. I can't stand drinking just Water, so I have been drinking diluted cranberry juice (which I found out I also have a UTI right before I went into surgery but they never put me on meds - long story). That has helped a lot, but I'm still not getting the Protein intake I need. What are some good, liquid diet options, for protein intake? I am almost at the point where I just want to chuck the "Breakfast carnation" drinks out the window. I'm soooo sick and tired of drinking them. They hurt my stomach, but I can get puréed vegetable Soup down just fine. Any hints? I am absolutely terrified about the hair loss as well. Was it super noticeable?

Premier protein drinks are wonderful. 30 grams of protein each. I purchased mine at Costco and 6 months out I'm still drinking. Eggs are a great source too. I'm experiencing hair loss but nothing so outrageous thus far. I'm taking a hair and nail supplement. Gl
