I had the same. I believe that incision is where they remove the stomach and has the most trauma. My surgery was 2/23 and it's starting to subside now. But I'm low bmi and healing quite fast. Give it time. :)

    No. I had the sleeve :) but back and shoulder pain is very common from the gas. And the pain on the side of the stomach is common as well
