So today is my 1st day for my preop diet.

Iam getting my gastric sleeve surgery in Tijuana Mexico. I was given the instructions for the liver shrinking diet... How ever i want to know if premier Protein shakes are ok to drink.. ?

    What does your pre-op diet say?

    If you are unclear about what is allowed or not why not contact your surgeon's office and ask?

    You should have been given specific guidelines for the nutritional values of your shakes. If you weren't, contact your surgeon's office or nutritionist.
