Just wanted to see if anyone who had their surgery this week would want to help motivate and encourage one another.

Hi Jeanette, I had my surgery on the 9th and it has been an interesting ride thus far. Today is the first day that I am able to get liquids down with comfort. How are things on your end?

I am so sorry for not responding! I didn't even realize I had a message. How are you doing? Are you feeling ok? Are you doing well with your new diet? Hope all is well and looking forward to hearing how you are doing!!

I am still having a hard time with eating. It's getting much better, but often feels like things are getting stuck. Constipation sometimes, no real gas usually. Down 40 pounds so far. The last two weeks the number on the scale have stayed the same, but my clothes are really starting to fit differently!

Probably. What are you doing for exercise? I'm getting at least 10,000 steps in. Trying to be on the elliptical at least 15 minutes daily. I have three little boys, so just trying stay active and focus on my water and food intake. I just started keeping a food/water/ vitamin diary.

I will be 33 next month, highest weight was 278, current weight is 238, goal weight is 140 [emoji51]. That is fantastic with the gym and bike and elliptical! Male/female? And what is your goal weight?

Hey ladies, thought I would join in here. I was sleeved a bit later, Feb 29th, but am close in age and starting weight. Also female, 34 years old, SW 280, CW 259. Things are going well so far for me, just trying to get all the Protein, liquids and walking in that I can.

Jeanette no worries for not responding

I am doing pretty well overall, currently on the soft food stage and down about 27 since surgery and 46 since the pre-op diet

I too at times get a stuck feeling but I believe it's my full sign, when I have the feeling I will stick a couple of dissolvable gas x strips on my tongue and it seems to help
