Looking for a Mentor I am from Georgia

Hi my name is Danny. I am 36 years old. I had Gastric Bypass surgery on July 3, 2012. I have lost 290 lbs but have fell off the wagon as of lately. I have fallen back into some old habits like eating bread and sweets. I could really use a mentor that has been post op for several years. I would love to have someone to help hold me accountable and help me get back on track. All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
