Awesome! Glad to see that everyone is doing so well! I've been loosing a lot of hair. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have had some Hair loss, but not a tremendous amount. My hair was thin to begin with so it is noticeable to me, but not to others that I am aware of. Mr and kids have not mentioned it.

I haven't lost any hair, but my wife has (were both women with long hair). I have been taking my Vitamins and Probiotics religiously and she hasn't. Nor sure if it has anything to do with it, but that's what I'm assuming.

I have heard some people do and some people don't. I have also heard some depends on good Protein intake as well. I feel as though my hair is thinner, but no one around me has noticed. Try to maintain a good Protein intake as well as taking Biotin and mulit vits

So far my hair is as thick as ever and still needed thinning out when I got my hair chopped off.

My info is above, but my he was 320 and I'm down to 215 since March 15th.

The first picture is a comparison and the second is just one from a few days ago. Excuse the no makeup it's too hot outside! Haha

Had my procedure March 10th, 2016. Been hoving around 60 pounds down. I had complications after the procedure so it took a while before I was able to eat soft foots and keep Protein down. I have have Fibromyalgia, arthritis in my knees, shoulder, neck and spine, bulging discs and unfortunately the list goes on. I have been able to do any activity. I am hoping once some of my issues clear up and maybe another 25 pounds. I will be able to somehow perform some activities.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
