Hi sylvi, im sitting outside their offices right now lol. Just had my dietitian and councilling appointments. Hoping to have a date sorted in the next few weeks.

Good luck for today Lizz!!! keep us posted :)

Sylvi, Im doing ok thanks. I ended up back in hospital a week after coming out as I was VERY dehydrated! My blood pressure was very low and my heart rate was slow too. I had to stay overnight and they put 4 IV bags into me so now Im very conscience of how much Water I am drinking! I found it very hard being on the Fluid diet drinking my meals and then drinking water on top of that.

Im now on "real" food and its alot easier to keep track of "food" and "fluid" if that makes sense! So my advice is to make sure you keep hydrated. I started drinking hydralyte so the little fluid I was getting in was actually doing more than just water alone.

Good luck with your appointments today kiwi and let us know when you get a date :)
