So my final meeting with my surgeon is in march so I should get a April date then I hope I feel so good about this decision and even though I'm a little scared of the surgery in more scared of what's going to happen with out it well lets get this support group going

I'm from Michigan and was sleeved April 21st. I'm losing very slowly, only down 12 lbs. My highest weight was 246, started losing during my 6 month period required by insurance, my weight after 1 week of liquid diet before surgery/day of surgery was 203...I am now about 5 weeks and current weight is 191.

I hope it goes a little quicker when I get the ok to work out ( I had adhesions on my intestines that were discovered during surgery, this required extra recovery time.

I had gastric bypass April 21st. I am down 50 lbs but I feel like it should be more! Does anyone else constantly worry they are eating too much?

I do sometimes also. I've been surprised at what I can eat also. I had my RNY on April 26th and I'm down 46

I try and focus on protein and take multivitamin for the rest
