November 2015 Sleevers?

Recommended Posts

Sleeved on 11/23! Weight day of surgery 363. Weight today 315. Mostly normal foods by now. Struggling with getting enough Water (bc I let myself have coffee again). I feel like I'm not losing anymore. Anyone in or want to start a November sleepers fb group?

Edit: I read further and saw the group. I am much more active on fb than I am on here. Anyone mind if I join?

It is always nice to feel like you have company when going through such a life changing event! My surgery was 11/11/15. I am in another stall. Working out is so hard to do. It seems to take everything I have just to do my day to day things. I have also found myself being much more hungry on the days I do workout. I guess it's all one day at a time :/

Hi. I was sleeved 11/24. Have been a fairly slow loser. Start weight 239, surgery weight 233. Today's weight 215.... Same place it's been for 2 weeks. Trying to embrace the stall but so frustrating. Have trouble getting all of my water/ fluids in, and my Vitamins nauseate me! See my NUT in a couple of weeks... Maybe she will have some helpful hints for me that don't include Protein shakes! :-)

Sleeved 11/12- HW 273, SW 227, CW 190

I am having some of the same problems most of you are having. Not enough Water, some things getting stuck, and eating too fast. This whole new way of eating, digesting, feeling full, feeling hungry, is such a life change. But seeing the results is so worth it.

Hi everyone! Sleeved 11/16. Weight day of surgery-269 CW 244

I'd love to see a private FB group! I'm having a hard time getting all the Protein in. Seems like I take 2 steps forward and 1 step back. Hopefully I will find a good rhythm soon!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
