  1. I'm interested as well! Sara I sent you a friend request and message. I'd like to be added to the group. Thanks!
  2. Hi fellow November sleevers! I was sleeved 11/18/15 & have been a very slow loser. Started incorporating cardio and have been eating lots of protein. I'm able to get 64oz of water in daily but don't like the taste of water lol. One thing I'm suffering from is I wake up with headaches every morning. It's not dehydration but I don't know what it is.
  3.    txgirl27 reacted to a post in a topic: Anyone that has had surgery within a week?
  4. Txgirl for the gas take a towel, wind up tight to make it hard and press it against your stomach. Try burping it out. &&&& walk, walk, walk. Good luck!
  5. I still can't sleep correctly, it hurts! Lol. Thanksgiving will be tough also but ladies, we got this! What liquid vitamins do you ladies recommend?
  6. Hi all! I got my sleeve done on 11/18/15 and I'm on day 4 of post op. The pain on the surgery day was horrible & the gas on day 2 was unbearable. What hurts now is what I'm assuming is the staples on my actual stomach. It hurts to cough, bend down & sit a certain way. I've never had surgery so this was definitely a new experience. I've only drank water and I'm trying to figure out the difference between "head hunger" and real hunger. It doesn't help that I'm smelling food being cooked in the house lol. I feel weak and have been walking more and more each day. Good luck to everyone!!
