3 Month Post-Op and feel good, but slow losing

I have lost 51lbs so far, but I feel I'm eating to much, even though I'm hungry I never get sick after I eat. I've been journaling my food the last 3 weeks and average 1000-1200 Cals and 120g Protein.

My Water intake hasn't been the best -about 40-50oz. I'm trying to cut cals down under 1000, but having a hard time because I feel hungry. I can eat up to 5oz of protein and feel fine. but the weight has definitely slowed coming off. Any help?

I hope to lose 10 lbs in Jan! Thanks for all the replies and advise!

I have to agree with everyone else...more fluid intake. My surgeon told me at my last appointment that not getting recommended fluid intake daily can inhibit weight loss by 3-7%. After he told me that, I made sure to get my water in. Good luck!
