Hi I really want bariatric surgery asap (self funded). Im leaning towards Sleeve GastrectomY but not sure. I work in the M.E and so want to know if anyone can recommend a good surgeon or WLS Programme (preferably in Bahrain), or has anyone any thoughts or advice? Thanks

I don't know, but you might want to try the "Main" gastric sleeve forum under hospitals and surgeon's. There may also be forum for foreign doctors/places etc. You might get more of a response.

I have seen posts and threads from several people who have had their surgery in the Middle East but I don't remember Bahrain specifically. You may want to do a search on the site.

There are some middle east sites that come up on Facebook if you look for weight loss support or the specific surgery.
