I remember I was like regret it but now I am so glad I did the surgery. I have dropped so many sizes. The only thing is I have lost a lot of my hair but started back on my protein shakes and I hope it helps me.

Craving food! What can I have? Can I eat Jello?

I'm 5 days post op and my doc says no jello for 3 weeks. It's best if you ask your doctor.

It always depends on the surgeon - they all have different techniques and "styles" so I can only assume it is best to listen to their advice! :) They would know best right?
