Starting PreOp Diet Today

So I am starting my 2 week liquid diet. I am scared I am not going to make it. How did you guys fare? Did you drink Protein when you got hungry or have a set schedule for when you was drinking it? What all did you drink? I do need to buy some Jello and yogurt today when I get off of work.

Share with me your experience being on the 2 week liquid diet. Thanks

Starting at 491.6 due to my "Last Supper Week" I got to the point of where I no longer wanted to eat.

the first three days were tough - then it got *a lot* easier. I think I was supposed to have 5-6 Protein shakes a day. I could have all the Clear liquids I wanted, plus something like a cup of tomato juice or V8 a day. I ate *a lot* of sugar free Jello and sugar free popsicles because they were the only somewhat solid things on my list. I also liked the tomato juice/V8 because it had some substance. But I kept the liquids coming too (Crystal Light, broth, etc). It's tough but it does get a lot easier....

I started today as well. As someone that suffers from migraines, tonight has been very rough for me with not being able to eat something solid. I hear from a lot of people it gets easier, and we can ALL do this! It is all worth it in the end, right?

Are you able to get in rigorous exercise while on the 2-week diet?
