My surgeon was also Dr. Huacuz. He and his staff were excellent. I had my suregry March 20, 07. To date I've lost 65.5 lbs. Victor the driver, is a jewel. I can't say enough good about the staff and his facility. They have this wonderful out of this world mango juice, they start you out on after surgery. It is so good I've been ordering online. They even sent a carton home with me. As for the pre-op diet, this is what I did. Four weeks before surgery I started practicing the diet as such. Since you only have a few days left, just keep in mind the long term goal. You can do it. When you are in doubt, come here for support. You are about to begin a new life. By the way when I had my surgery, I had to use a cane or wheelchair to get around, I was also on several medicines. Not anymore. I walk everyday and I take NO medications at all. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.
