I was wondering if any of you had any good links to personal journal/inspirational lapband websites where someone has been tracking their progress..

I have found a few online; in yahoo groups but keep running into gastric bypass ones.... thought you guys might have some to share!

Yahoo Groups Smartbandsters has many in their group database. Also, any search for Lapband, Adjustable Gastric Band should bring up many. I know of some other places to find some, but I'm at work. I'll have to hunt them down this evening.

One of my favorites is myagb.homestead.net. I found it to be VERY inspirational and also contains alot of good links.
