Hello everyone,

Just relocated to Henderson Nv, in hopes of having the gastric sleeve. My old bariatric doc insisted I have the band instead of the sleeve, but that's not something I want to do. If anyone can recommend a good bariatric doc in my area I would truly appreciate it. Also if anyone knows of any bariatric support groups or walking groups/buddies in the Henderson area, Please let me know. I should have all of my(husbands new job) new insurance info sometime this week. Thank you;)

I went through http://www.surgicalweightcontrolcenter.com/ in Las Vegas and I had a great experience. I have a friend that is going through them too because we both have HPN insurance. A friend I met on this forum started a local support group on Facebook if you are interested in joining, message me your info and I can add you.
