Losing the last few lbs before my final appt.

My doctor and I plan on submitting to my insurance Thursday. I'm having an issue losing the last few lbs. and suggestions?

If you are just a few pounds away from the goal weight, ask the Dr or nurse if you can undress & wear an exam gown to be weighed.

I don't know what you've been doing up to this point, so my advice may or may not work. But if you do like a "phase 1" of South Beach, you'll lose some quick Water weight. If you've been low-carb already, that won't be as dramatic.

Or, it could be a good time to try out that liquid diet you'll be having to do soon: Protein shakes all day every day :)
