From what I can gather, stalls come and stalls go...

Some last for months...

Change your exercise regimen...

Change you caloric intake...

Do something different..

Only you can decide whether you're going "back to where you started"...

You can only gain weight by taking in more calories than you put out...

So if you CHOOSE to take in more, you'll gain weight...

But if you put out less than you consume, you'll continue to lose...

Good luck with breaking the stall...

I'm right there too, in a stall. I was sleeved March 2015 as well. I've lost 75 lbs and have been sitting here for a month. I have added more walking. But I haven't changed my diet much. I know for me it's carbs and Protein. I need to up my protein and kill the carbs at least until I can get past this plateau.

Reading these posts helps keep me focused and know that I am in control of my weight loss and it's not a race.

Hang in there and shake things up a bit (maybe litterally). Shock your body, you've probably gotten into a routine and your body has adapted (they do it so well).

God bless you and your journey.
