You don't eat sugar free Jello? ?!! Girly you are missing out! I top mine with no carb whipped cream from a can and it really does taste decadent. I've read of people making SF jello with diet soda but I don't know if that would hurt your tummy. Regardless you should try some sugar free strawberry jello with whipped cream for a dessert fix. YUM! Good luck!

@@Elode -- Saw you mention wearing 7/9 leggings a way back. Legs, again. Reminds me of a song, but I can't get the lyrics pasted in here. I'd change the few obvious words appropriately: http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/billieholiday/themthereeyes:

I really stopped by to say that, with all the responses you got and return responses you made, you probably had not time to eat or even think of it. Okay, the words to the right of "or" overstate it.

Whew, many, many dupes, but I thought they'd be in separate boxes.

Whew, many, many dupes, but I thought they'd be in separate boxes. I hesitate to go in there to clean it up.

I live in Houston and after many years they opened a Krispy Kreme recently. I was driving by the area wondering about all the traffic. Turns out the line just to turn in was two miles long.

KK is serious stuff around here. So to resist a box in your house takes some serious willpower!

My "go-to" sweet fixes are either a Greek Yogurt with chopped pecans and coconut flakes stirred in (feels like a real desert :) ), or a sugar-free fudgecicle. Neither are cupcakes or donuts, but they help. I ate peanut MM's at the movies yesterday and felt so nauseous and sick, I didn't really enjoy the movie. I'm wondering if you would have the same reaction if you actually ate all that sugar? I was reminded yesterday that that stuff does not make me feel good!

@@Blue1213 ha! We've had one for years. They are too sweet for me even before surgery. He have a new donut shop (Hurts doughnut) that's taking over here. I haven't been there either. People do love KK!

How about a huge sundae covered in butterscotch sauce, hot fudge, chocolate pieces, sprinkles, strawberries and fat free whipped topping?

Just hold everything but the strawberries and FF whipped topping.

:)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
