Pre-op Gastric sleeve questions?

So I've finished my 3 months of nutritionist visits, did my psych evaluation, etc, etc... Now I see the surgeon on Monday. Once I see him, they will send all my info to insurance for approval. What questions do I need to ask the surgeon about the surgery itself, etc.. I always feel stupid when I'm at a doctors office because every question I thought of before, totally leaves me! Lol! Thanks for any help!????????????

I have a notebook, but I also text myself with questions or things to remember for doc appointments, and most of us always have our phones with us. I asked how many surgeries had he done, any leaks, how long does surgery take. I wanted the sleeve, so I made sure we were on the same page and he agreed. First question he asked me was, why did I went surgery. The answer they are looking for is to get healthy, they do not want to hear, things like I want to wear a bikini. Good luck
