I'm in...goal is 3 hours exercise per week, not sure what to expect on weight since just 5 days post surgery. What's realistic? Current weight 212. Thanks!

If anyone has a Fitbit, consider signing up for their charity contest...most steps logged in support of three charities will award $1 mil total to the charities. Another reason to exercise - yay!

Hi all - I took a stab at a spreadsheet for us to keep track. I added in your totals and notes.... in case you gave them. Here you go.

PS - this is an editable sheet. Let me know if you have any suggestions you want me to make - otherwise, feel free to edit!!!

So today I went to the gym at my normal time and did my normal cardio stuff...

I'm sitting here at my desk and have just decided that I'm gonna go back this afternoon and do it all over again...

That'll be a total of 1000 calories burned up for the day...

I think I'm almost back in the zone...

Not quite there...

I'm on the cusp...

Cusping the zone...

I think I'll get some "Cusping The Zone" t-shirts printed up...

See...

I'm an ideas man...

I am late but I'm in! My goal is to do at least 30 minutes 6 days a week. I run 2-3 miles a day. So I guess three hours a week. My current weight is 144 and goal weight for 12/24 will be 135. Great idea by the way!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
