  1. Almost 11 months out and I am 103lbs lighter. My life has changed in so many positive ways and I am just enjoying the ride. I have so much more energy and I'm excited to continue to try new things. I also wore shorts for the first time in a long time and I've been loving all of the cute summer dresses I've been able to wear. Still getting used to my changing body, but I can't wait to see where I am in a few months from now.

  3. I also had a long stall (about 1 1/2 months) around the 7 month mark but I just kept doing what I was doing and started tracking again and it has now broken. All of a sudden I had a 7 pound weight loss and I'm back to losing. Just stick with it, and you will see the scale move again.

  10. I'm in. Will give my starting stats when I am back in town in a couple of days.
  11. I was 333 on the day of surgery and as of my 5 month mark I was down 82 lbs and at 251. I have been on vacation the last 3 weeks so I won't be able to weigh myself until I am back home in a week to see where I am currently. I had VSG.

  13. 252.8. I will be on vacation for a few weeks so I will post when I am back.
  14. I have pretty much been loosing weight evenly throughout my body, however my waist and tummy were where I noticed the weight loss the fastest. my midsection was the last place I gained, so I guess it was to first to shrink.

  18. I eat tacos about twice a month, and at 8 weeks out you should be able to eat them. I usually make them with ground turkey, lots of veggie, cheese, a light salsa and a little ff sour cream. I don'd eat the shell and it's still delicious.
  19. I don't snack all of the time, but when I am really feeling the hunger these are my go to snacks: Fresh fruit, a cheese stick, small protein shake or smoothie, an egg, yogurt... Basically anything light that doesn't have very high calories. My goal is to not get full, but just eat enough to curb the hunger.
  20. I'm 70 lbs down and I'm still having a hard time seeing the changes that people say they are seeing when I look in the mirror. However I am feeling lighter and my clothes that I wore before surgery became too big months ago so I am enjoying buying new, smaller sizes.
