@@byebyedarkpassenger Our team is growing! It doesn't really matter when you start just jump in! I didn't plan this so well. I didn't think anyone would want to do it so I just thought "well I may as well ask" and here you all are! It's actually pretty fun and it's keeping me ultra motivated!

My weigh in days are Wednesdays and Sundays- it was very hard not to peek, probably will be even harder tomorrow! I half expect to lose nothing since the calories will be so lo, but part of me has hope. I love this because I don't have to plan what I'm gonna eat. It takes some of the decisions out of my day.

I am going to CAVE to the peer pressure that is this thread in a modified form.

Today I will have only liquids (coffee, coke zero, honey whiskey, cheese dip), Protein (meatballs, chicken wings, sausage dip) and NO CARBS. Halloween party tonight.

Not even one mini snickers. Sigh.

"coffee, coke zero, honey whiskey, cheese dip), Protein (meatballs, chicken wings, sausage dip"

Man, that is going to be one really messy Trick-or-Treat bag. :)

I'm tempted as well! I feel frustrated because I'm just not losing much anymore. The scale even went up a couple pounds this week. The most annoying thing is that I'm not eating anything bad!!!!!! I still eat the same stuff I always have. I don't know. Maybe in snacking too much??

I did okay yesterday UNTIL I got home and hubby cooked BACON on the grill!!! I had two pieces with my smoothie and a couple of spoons of hummus as a "dip".

I stopped my BP meds a couple of days ago and I am eating a Protein bar in the morning (4-5am) today to get the extra energy to make it through - I am on going all liquid now.

Water isn't the problem for me...its getting to the bathroom and not "puddling" on the way if someone stops me!!!!!

@@Elode thanks I needed this extra challenge and reminder about the "junk" and necessity of water!!!

Although the five day liquid diet is a very admirable endeavor, it is not for me right now. Even though getting five pounds below goal would allow me some wiggle room, it would make my face even more bony. Besides, I'll be forced into doing liquids sometime this year when the flu or strep come around. I'm around kids constantly and it happens every year.

I did a full six weeks of fluids (two weeks pre op plus one month post op) and I was practically gnawing on my arm toward the end of it. My last ten pounds was coming off slowly, so I used garcinia cambogia (citrimax) along with afternoon coffee for a few weeks. It seemed to help.

I've given in to a few pieces of Halloween candy these past few days. My street is wildly popular on Halloween night and we usually get around 200 kids. I've tried hiding the candy from myself with no avail. I'm actually looking forward to getting rid of it all.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
