@@VSGAnn2014 Well thank you! Now tomorrow is going to be a challenge and a bit harder since the girls at the clinic will be bringing junk for Halloween. I will keep my blinders on and stay OUT of the break-room!!! I will be in my car on break.

@@jess9395 I am going to have to order some more of that. I have to drive out of town two hours to one of our small clinics. I don't normally have to but I'm helping them out for the next month so 3x a week. I figured this would be a good time to do liquids because I'm pretty busy. The only problem on work days is going to be trying to drink Water. I can rarely get a bottle in in 6 hours while working. I can't leave the floor too often. I will have to make up for it throughout the rest of the day. I have the drive there and back. I always listen to Joyce Meyers in the morning. I don't know if you know who that is but she's a female preacher. I love her and she motivates me for the day. I hope she does something about willpower tomorrow, and I hope she doesn't make me laugh with a full bladder!! Ha!

I will have to try listening to her!

@@Elode you've got this! Thanks for being a great ringleader!!! So glad you've got your Premier Protein shakes now.

Made my own blended shake tonight for dinner--threw in some frozen scoops of pumpkin purée (I keep frozen fruit and such in the freezer just for shakes), plain Greek yogurt, vanilla Syntrax matrix some pumpkin pie spice and fair life milk!

Felt very virtuous! I tried to tell myself that Panera Butternut squash Soup counted as a liquid, but held strong and just had iced coffee!

Got in all my Water plus several cups of coffee with a splash of half and half.

@@jess9395 That's so awesome! It feels good to make it through the day! The brain is evil! I just dreamed that I ate a bunch of bad stuff cake, pizza, and an extra shake. Extra shake? Weird I know? I just woke up and was so relieved that it was a dream and then a little perturbed that my sleep brain is being so dramatic already! Geez! It's been one day and already dreaming about food! I needed this more than I thought! Keep fighting temptation!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
