I'm 4 months out now, but at 1 month, I was getting about 600-700 calories a day.

probably 800 calories.

I've been pretty consistently running 600-700 calories per day, tracking through MyFitnessPal.

Calories should follow your protein requirements. Someone with lower protein requirements will have lower calories than someone with higher protein requirements. You have to compare apples to apples.
