Been finished 2 weeks and office still not submitted

Tomorrow makes two weeks since I finished the whole process. Not understanding why they haven't submitted yet. They've already checked to make sure I have everything. Getting very very depressed! How can they do ppl this way

    The office I go to says they have up to 72 hours to submit. I'm sure most offices have some kind of similar rule in place. I would be upset and calling them off the hook if it's been two weeks!
