My Ongoing Journey

This is my forever companionship. I am realizing that I need to be mentality and emotionally. I am happy I made the decision to get sleeve October 2014. Starting wt. 215. I am now at 165. I have a confession. I do great during the day. Nights not so good. I blow my day. This is something I have not been able to break. Its emotional and habitual. I am going to be referred to a therapist. Hopefully I can get to the bottom of this. My goal is to lose my next 30 pounds! I have MS so my mobility is not good. I have to do this and I will !!!

@@ripeone What exactly do you mean by nights not so good? Do you mean you eat stuff you shouldn't at night? Have you been stalled? Since you are doing well during the day, try to make the nights more like your days, i.e., eat protein instead of fat and sugar, and try not to eat too close to bed time. Emotional eating is a much harder thing to fix than what exactly you eat to deal with emotions. Good luck! You obviously know what to do since you are down 50 lbs.

Sleevy Wonder thanks for responding. Nights I eat chips or salty nuts then I hit sweet snacks. Today I plan to get thru the evening with eating maybe a piece of fruit. Wish me luck
