Hi everyone! Please help if you can. I am 2 weeks post op and am looking for exercises I can do from a chair. My current Weight along with health issues prevent me from being able to stand for long periods of time. Any help would be greatly appreciated ????

Pre-op I got an exercise pedaler and pedaled it with my hands while watching tv. Post-op I walked some until I was cleared to get in the pool. Now that is my primary mode of exercise.

You can also find videos on YouTube for sitting exercises. I also recorded some episodes of Sit and Be Fit on PBS, you might want to see if you have that available.

Best of luck.
