Hi there. I have surgery on the 22nd also!!!! What type are you having?

I should add that I am jealous that you have a short pre op diet. I have been on it almost two weeks now.

Hello! What kind of Protein are you drinking? Maybe I can share some recipes I came up with for my 2 week pre-op back in April. I had my surgery at Mayo hospital and they use Optifast.

Order some Unjury protein. The chocolate is amazing.
