I'm curious to hear how everybody gets all of their Vitamins in each day. I have three different ones, Calcium chewable a, Multivitamin chewable so and B12 dots. That's a lot to take each day! I take my B12 in the afternoon already, but starting tomorrow I will have to add the multi and calcium multiple times a day.

I have a hard time to. I take two Multi Vitamins and three Calcium chewable that all have to be spaced out... it's a chore. I set my alarm on my phone, but am thinking about other options like trying a Vitamin Patch from PatchMD. My NUT doesn't like the patch idea, but I don't see taking pills every two hours as a viable option long term.

The grape Vitamin D chewable and the lemon calcium chews are delicious so it's not really like taking a vitamin more like treats.

Are you talking about the Bariatric Advantage grape multi? I just sampled it today. I liked the initial taste but left an aftertaste that I didn't like. I will be trying the others over the course of this week

Breakfast time - Multivitamin, Vitamin D. I mix a scoop of Upcal D (powdered Calcium citrate) into my yogurt.

mid-morning - drop two calcium citrate tablets into my Protein shake (they'll dissolve after awhile)

dinner time - multivitamin, Vitamin B complex. Have a calcium chew after dinner (my "dessert")

before bed - Iron

I have some 5000 IU B12 sublinguals and take one once a week (on Sundays).

I actually haven't found it all that difficult (once I got the hang of it)

@@frogftsh I start with 1 oz. of Wellesse liquid calcium citrate with Breakfast (it tastes really good) and 2 fast dissolve Biotin 5000 mcg. Then 2 hours later half of my opurity (for bypass and sleeve patients) chewable multi-Vitamin, again quite tasty. At dinner I take another ounce of liquid Calcium and 2 hours later the other half of the multi. I also take liquid Lyrica and Gabapentin 3 times per day for my nerve condition, 2 prescription pills that I have to grind and mix with applesauce (gross) and 10mg of fast dissolve Melatonin at bedtime. Oh yeah, I forgot, I also give myself a B12 shot once per month. It seems overwhelming at first, but you get the hang of it pretty quickly!

I can't tolerate any of them. They make me horribly nauseated. I take a flinstone Vitamin each day which is al I have found I can tolerate. I try and get my nutrition from my food. So far my Vitamin levels are doing okay.

The vitamin part of this is very hard.

I haven't yet gotten to the stage where my doctor wants me to use Calcium, but I've already figured out what my plan is:

Morning - 1 Bariatric Advantage Chewy Bites (500mg calcium citrate + D) and 4 of my morning prescription drugs

Noon - Flintstones chewable Multivitamin (contains Iron)

dinner - 1 Bariatric Advantage Chewy Bites (500mg calcium citrate + D) and 2 of my evening prescription drugs

Before Bed - 1 Bariatric Advantage Chewy Bites (500mg calcium citrate + D)

Saturday morning - Sundown Naturals 2500mg B-12 quick-dissolve sublingual

Spaces everything out nicely, no contention between Iron and calcium. The morning is full of meds, but that's kinda par for the course for me. Other than the calcium, the other Vitamins I can get at my local pharmacy.

@@Veronica_mm How do you take your fish oil? I've tried straight from the bottle and also mixing it with yogurt and it is just....blah. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
