How Long does it take for approval with Humana Gold or Humana after paperwork is faxed from surgeons office ?

Hey folks. Just curious if any one can help me with how long it takes to hear a reply from Humana / Humana Gold after paperwork is faxed in from

Surgeons office. !? I'm done with everything that's required so I'm just waiting for the answer from insurance company. I'm not a patient guy at all any advice would greatly help. Thanks
