Has a Dr. Appointment today, and it just so happened they got my insurance approval for my surgery today! yay! My surgery has been scheduled for October 12, 2015!

I can't believe all that I have to get done, between now and my surgery! So many tests...but I will do whatever it takes!

I'm having my surgery on October 12th too! I'm so excited. I have one more NUT appt, and all of my pre op tests for surgery clearance.

Yes it is. My paperwork has not been submitted yet, but I have a surgery date. I have my last appt on Sept 30th.

Thank you everyone. I can't believe the date is getting closer! It's surreal to me. Me.....on the loser's bench. I never thought I see the day. So many new starts on a Monday with dieting. 10/12 is on Monday, but it's a brand new and totally different start. As much as I want to be healthy and still can't wait to cross my legs, buy clothes off the rack and not try them on if I don't want to, I can go into a regular store and not a plus size store. I thought even my wedding dress doesn't have to be plus size. I've been overweight for almost 20 years. An entirely different life. I'm ready and excited for this journey.
