The Good News is.... (struggle pic included)

I am running 3 to 4 days a week. The bad news is... my knees are killing me. My good bad knee even hurts now. This knee struggle is real!! Ugh!! And the scale is broken (Yes broken LOL) because it's not moving!! *sigh*

I may have to start doing this. I usually try to stay outside in the summer and inside in the winter. Will have to make the change earlier.

Why not swim or use the elliptical if running is tearing your knees up.

Give your body a rest! Just take a few days off. You may even see the scale move. I also have bad knees and when they talk, I listen! On those days I just work my upper body. Epsom salts and Aspercream are my best friends!

I have bad knees but use the arch trainer see if they have one at your gym ..

You look awesome! The best to you! Sorry abt the knee pain...mine tries me, but thankful, it only tries me once a week or so.

Oh boy.

How old do you have to get before you realize that when your body hurts there's something wrong?

And that it's probably not going to get better until you stop hurting it.

Stop running. Do something different. See a rehab specialist, an orthopedist, anyone who doesn't think the way to fix something is to hurt it some more.

(Not being snarky -- just want you to stop hurting yourself!)

So today I stopped by my work to confirm my return to work date.. I was surprised by all the comments I was getting.

95 percent of the people don't know what surgury I had.. (I also had ulcer and hernia) and they know I was seening a. NUT

So it felt hood t hear cuz I see myself everyday mad dont notice.
