Arnica instead of Aleve?

I was advised to take Arnica or Tumeric since I can no longer take advil or aleve. I bought the pill form and it seems to really be helping.

Arnica also comes in salve form. Just wondering if anyone else has used these.

I have found arnica fantastic for bruising and swelling and took the tablets straight after my surgery. The cream is good also for direct appliction to bruising.

I'm taking it more for inflammation. It's working more than tylenol for pain.

My orthopedic surgeon gave me Voltaren gel instead of the pills. It's working fairly well.
