Anyone use it for their heartburn reflux issues? I've been reading up on low stomach acid issues and I'm intrigued. Yes, I'll call and ask the NP but I'm guessing they probably aren't going to know either.

A lot of info states that low acid causes heartburn/reflux and that taking Betaine hcl with pepsin resolves the problem.

I take the Thorne Phytoprophen and was able to stop taking the post op pain meds on day 3. -
How much time is needed post-op to return to work

My doctor wanted me to get my sleeve on Wednesday and return to work the following Monday. He's of the opinion that if you stay home you can get yourself into trouble. Two girls where I work returned to work that quickly, but they both appeared to struggle a bit in the first week so I'm taking a week off to recover.
