What's your vitamin of choice

What Vitamins are you taking post op? Did you start with one type ie. Chewable and then move to regular ones if you could tolerate?

I am trying Centrum Chewables..not a fan.

I got my patches in today and I put one on since I had not taken my multivitamins yet. They even sent me the Anti Age ones for a free trial. Hope it works great!! attachicon.gif ImageUploadedByBariatricPal1440726725.661742.jpg

For anyone interested in trying the Patches, I attached a 40% code.
It's definitely a lot easier than spending $50 or more dollars a month on pills.

My doctor suggested Bariatric Fuel. It's chewable and has a good taste.

I am so glad I read on Bariatric Pal to try PatchMD. I couldn't keep any vitamins down and wasted a ton of money. I am feeling so much better after just a week on the patch. Can't wait to see my blood work in 2 weeks!
