Wow! What just happened to my stomache?!

I'm almost 2 years post op and I went to reach in backseat to give something to child and when I turned back around I felt like someone had grabbed my stomache and ripped it out. Same thing happened the two times I've fried doing ab crunches. Is something wrong? Anyone experience this? Will I never do sit ups again?!

I wonder if you've developed a hernia. If it was me I'd get checked out by the dr. Hope all is well!

Not normal. Please get your tummy checked out adapt!

I'd definitely get it checked but hopefully it is just adhesions. I have a lot of adhesions from my previous gallbladder surgery (gb ruptured) an it causes pain up under my ribcage when my stomach is full. My surgeon is supposed to remove the adhesions as part of my RnY next month.
