Went in to talk about a hernia And walked out agreeing to the sleeve. Wth

Very nervous. I had bladder cancer they removed my bladder in return I have a hernia. Surgeon I went to said I need to loose weight or hernia repair won't work. It's not any ordinary hernia it's one close to my colon. It colon get twisted I'm sol. So he suggested the sleeve so I wouldn't gain the weight back. I'm in shock I'm scared. Just needing to hear some good stories about the sleeve. Any regrets????

Not even a little one. I'm 10 months out and getting close to goal. Best decision for my health that I have ever made.

I'm just over 2 months away from being sleeved and I can't wait, I'm itching to start this journey.

Do your research, ask questions both here and to your surgeon/team. No two peoples experience is the same, some are extremely successful others not so much.

Good luck with it
